This seminar is our Introductory Course on international contracts based on the know-how of The Japanese Institute of International Business Law (IBL). The IBL Business Law School is the only institution in Japan that offers training for lawyers who specialize in corporate secretarial services.
The main aim of this seminar is to help you gain the common knowledge (not necessarily legal knowledge) required when reading or drafting English contracts in legal departments that provide corporate secretarial services.
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn knowledge specific to international contracts and to get experience-based advice from a veteran lecturer who has served in leading roles in corporate secretarial services.
We recommend you first take this Introductory Course, then move on to the Beginners’ Course as the next step in order to take your legal department members to the next level.
We look forward to your participation.
